She gained world-wide appraisal for this iconic performance, successfully aiding in setting up a long-lasting fandom. Not only her fans adore her, so do the critics, since she won several awards for her role, including TV Guide’s Best Villain Award twice and the ALMA Award for Outstanding TV Actress.
