Bring a friend
One photoshoot picture allows two people max. to be on the picture, plus the actor). So you only need one ticket for a photo with your friend + the actor! This way, you can split the costs.
Where can I get a photoshoot ticket?
You can buy photoshoot tickets online or at Heroes Comic Con. But be careful: some tickets can run out quickly.

If you use the upload code (URL) on your paper copy, you can download your photo yourself!
Please note that we have a lot of photos to put into the system, so you may have to wait a while.
Fast Lane / VIP
Visitors with a VIP ticket can cut the queue for photoshoots and autograph sessions.
Please note: VIPs are not allowed to bring non-VIPs to the front of the queue. Those who are not in possession of a VIP ticket do not benefit from the Fast Lane advantage. A Fast Lane benefit is valid for one VIP only. Exceptions are sometimes made for minors if they do not have an adult to accompany them.
This Fast Lane benefit is NOT included in a Fast Pass ticket.
Other tips
1. Timing is important: don’t be late! Don’t be late!
2. Actors can leave the photobooth as soon as the queue is empty, so never arrive at the end of the session, otherwise you might miss the actor!
We make exceptions for minors accompanied by adults, of course.

To get a photo with your favourite actor or actress, you need the following things:
- Your entry ticket for Heroes Comic Con ;
- A photoshoot ticket;
You must also agree to our terms and conditions, which can be found on our website and are available at the information stand during the event.
Heroes Comic Con cannot reimburse you in case of a mistake.
So be careful and check everything before you buy!
If the error concerns the day of the photo session (Saturday / Sunday), it is possible to exchange your ticket during the weekend itself, at the photobooth stand. But only if the desired session is not sold out or almost sold out. It is only possible in certain conditions.
Unfortunately, no, we will not issue a refund if you have missed your session. You have to be on time. In the weeks leading up to Heroes Comic Con and during the event, you will be able to consult the programme at the information stand, on the map, on the website and on many other media.
Let the photobooth team know and they will inform the actor, who will wait for you. This is not considered a ‘missed session’.
We will, of course, pay you back in this case. Check your mailbox and spam box regularly.
In this way, we can avoid too many people attending a session.
And if you really can’t make it, ask at the photobooth stand, you might be able to exchange your ticket with another session (only if the other session is not almost sold out or fully sold out).
